July 17 Wally readies a joist for Ron
July 17 Wally readies a joist for Ron. All kinds of people keep asking why the pink stripe only on the middle of the house?? Well, people, it is exterior insulation that MUST not only fit tightly together, it has to OVERLAP the house joints. Therefore, we have to have the upper floor walls on so that the next sheet will cover the area where the upper and lower floors meet, and extend above it.... and we need to install the flashing at the lower floor joist before the pink stuff goes on. Patience.
